In Response to COVID-19
Wisconsin Governor Evers has issued the “Safer at Home” order to close all non-essential business in the state until April 24. Due to the nature of our business, Mather’s Improvement Service is allowed to remain open, however we wanted to clarify some questions we have received about our current plan.
Our office/showroom is closed to the public from now until April 24. Additionally, our phones will only be answered between 8am and 12pm on weekdays. Staff is being kept to a bare minimum as we complete work that has already been started, and anything that is requiring emergency action. Those waiting on receiving estimates will still receive them as planned.
Additionally, we are still taking appointments for after April 24. We encourage customers that are interested in getting an estimate this year to give us a call during our temporary hours to get a place in line for when we do reopen our doors.
Please reach out to us at anytime for any questions or concerns in the meantime (262-763-7884). If no one is here to receive your call, our voicemail messages will be responded to promptly. We are doing everything we can to prevent the spread of the virus, while also taking care to make sure our customers and their homes remain safe.
